Payments- Customers can pay an advance (Minimum 40%) of the value of the product and pay the balance upon collection or pay the full amount at the beginning.
We accept all major cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, etc...) and No cheques are accepted.

All our products are tagged (With a barcode System) and prices will be automatically entered in to a billing system to prevent any type of error.
Every order includes a free case and a cleaning cloth.
Maximum accurate vision will be guaranteed according to the prescription or your money back. Prescriptions generated from our showrooms are covered without any condition and outside prescriptions which are rechecked and adjusted (if necessary) by our opticians are also covered. Customers with glaucoma, cataract, blood sugar, Pressure, eye pressure and eye related problems are not covered by this clause and will be given special discounts for adjustments. We will be issuing a eye test report (free eye testing will be done only if customers places an order with us)
If a customer has shifted from a bifocal to verufocal and not satisfied or not comfortable, we recommend them to use it for 4 to 5 days until your eyes get used to it or special discount will be arranged for bifocal lenses. However we recommend our customers to use verufocals for at least for 5 to 6 days since most of the cases will be resolved when customers eyes get used to it.
Effectiveness and comfort of the spectacle may depend on angles of the frame and if necessary customer should cooperate with our professionals to do the adjustments.
We will not change frame or lenses after finalizing the order.
We will not refund or do any adjustment after finalizing the order.
We are not responsible for any defect, discoloration or total damage when repairing any optical product .
